"It's choice - not chance - that determines your destiny" Jean Nidetsch
Welcome to the Acton Public and Acton-Boxborough Office Support Association's web site. We are more commonly known as OSA. We petitioned to the Massachusetts State Labor Relations Board in June of 2003. Our statement of purpose reads "to form a democratic union to gain recognition for the professional manner in which we perform our duties and work to improve the general welfare of our members including establishing and maintaining an equitable salary schedule, to secure increases in our wages and benefits and to establish and enforce fair working conditions."
As you toggle through the buttons we hope that you find this website to be both welcoming and useful. It truly has been a labor of love. Similar to the labor of love that each one of our members dedicates themselves to the position they hold within the schools
